HYDROFLEX bentonite cord expands upon contact with water and provides waterproofing and sealing of working and "cold" joints, filling the adjunctions and the smallest voids in the concrete body, forming a reliable protective layer. Standardly produced with a rectangular section:

10 x 20 mm, 10 m long
5 x 20 mm, long 15 m
It is used for potable water tanks, swimming pools, sewage treatment plants, in structural joints of buildings, joints of a wall with a building foundation, sealing of communications passages through foundation walls, on PVC inlet and outlet pipes as a water-repellent flange.

Installation:

• Surface must be clean and dry
• Unwind the required amount of cord
• Apply glue in the middle of the seam and fix the cord on the surface

*Do not mount on damp, icy or dirty surfaces. Also, you can not carry out installation during rain.

Restrictions:

• After installation, the surface must be protected from moisture before pouring concrete.
• Do not use for expansion joints
• Do not install at high water level

Shelf life:
